Mr. Raymond M. Kang is a foreign attorney admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2000 and joined Yulchon LLC in 2006. Prior to Yulchon, Mr. Kang served as the law clerk to the Honorable Edmund R. Bernard of the New Jersey Superior Court and was an associate attorney at Mason, Griffin & Pierson P.C.. Mr. Kang practices primarily in the areas of Corporate & Finance, M&A, Projects & Energy, Environment, Health Care/Pharmaceuticals, and Overseas Investments.
