Min Suk Choi is a foreign attorney admitted in the State of New York after graduating from Harvard Law School and joined Yulchon LLC in 2015. Mr. Choi is a member of Corporate & Finance Practice and practices primarily in the areas of Corporate & Finance, M&A, Banking/General Finance, Fund/PE and Insurance. He has advised a broad range of foreign and Korean clients including corporations, private equity funds, and financial institutions on M&A, equity investment and other corporate projects and is particularly well-versed in advising cross-border transactions.
