简介

Mr. Kyu Sik Kim is a partner at Yulchon, where he focuses his practice on financial regulation, structured finance, project finance, capital markets, merger & acquisitions, and acquisition finance. Mr. Kim brings to Yulchon broad experience in sectors such as asset finance, structured finance, project finance, real estate finance, financial regulations. He serviced as general counsel at Hyundai Card/Capital for five years where he supervised and managed various complex legal and regulatory matters arising from operational and business activities. Prior to his work at Hyundai Card/Capital, he worked for eleven years as an attorney at Kim & Chang.
