简介
Kyung Jun Lee is a partner at Yulchon and leads the firm’s International Construction Team. Since joining Yulchon in 2004, Lee has developed extensive expertise in construction, real estate, trusts, development projects, and government contracts, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Lee holds an LL.M. in Government Procurement Law from the George Washington University, which underpins his practice advising and representing contractors on a wide range of legal issues in the public construction sector. Many of high-profile matters handled by Mr. Lee have established significant legal precedents in their respective fields. His representative work includes (i) cases involving claims for additional construction costs—such as projects for the expansion of connecting facilities to the Airport Railroad, the construction of Yeongdo Highway Overpass connecting South and North Bridges, and the development of a marine tourism complex in Yeosu Gyeongdo; (ii) indirect cost claims arising from extended construction periods, including those related to Seoul Subway Line 7 and the Donghae Nambu Line; and (iii) the Yongsan Station area development dispute, in which he represented Korail.
