金明勲
简介
Myung Hoon Kim is a patent attorney who primarily practices intellectual property law. Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Computer Science & Engineering, and passed the 45th patent bar examination in Korea. Thereafter, Mr. Kim received an LL.M. from University of California Berkeley Law School, and passed the U.S. bar examination and is also licensed to practice as an attorney in the United States. Mr. Kim handles trials and litigations and advises on intellectual property, in particular, patents relating to electrical engineering, electronic engineering, communication systems and computer engineering. Mr. Kim is experienced in trade secret, digital forensic, evaluation/licensing of intellectual property and patent applications.
