Hong Be Yi is a partner in Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Practice practicing primarily in the areas of overseas investment, Vietnam & Southeast Asia practice, M&A, corporate & finance, international dispute resolution and employment. Mr. Yi is the head of Yulchon’s Hanoi office. Prior to joining Yulchon, Mr. Yi served as the head of J&P Law Firm’s Vietnam office and provided a wide range of legal services regarding cross-border investments in Vietnam.
