Dong Suk Kim is a Consultant at Yulchon LLC who primarily practices in the area of Legislative and Regulatory Support. Before joining Yulchon in 2021, Mr. Kim served as an advisor at the National Assembly and as a policy advisor at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. At Yulchon, Mr. Kim is not only engaged in legislative consulting practices including enactment and revision of legislation and authoritative interpretation, but also in undertaking analysis of legislative and institutional changes carried out by the National Assembly and the central and local governments. With his extensive expertise in Korean legislative practices, Mr. Kim will work to contribute to clients’ corporate business environment by offering guidance and comment on draft legislation and providing accurate information regarding the current status of ongoing legislative and regulatory efforts.
