简介
郑世勋(Cecil Saehoon Chung) 美国律师现任律村律师事务所公平交易组副组长兼国际公平交易组组长。郑律师从事法律行业近25年，专门负责各方面的诉讼以及咨询业务，尤其是国际公正交易法与消费者保护法领域。《Chambers Global 2013》评价郑律师作为一名外国律师，不仅是韩国国内的美国竞争法专家，同时又是韩国公正交易法专家，实力非凡。郑律师自1988年开始，就作为律师在美联邦公平交易委员会竞争局工作了六年多的时间，并在企业兼并审查及诉讼、价格勾结、垄断交易揭发及诉讼等广泛的公平交易法领域积累了丰富的实务经验。之后，其又在美国首屈一数的两家超大型律师事务所担任合伙人律师，负责过诸多公正交易法、消费者保护法、知识产权法及其他领域的法律业务。此外，郑律师从1997年开始就通过向韩国公正交易委员会、全国经济人联合会、驻美商工会议所提供美国竞争法说明及咨询服务，为韩国公正交易委员会的竞争法执行制度的先进化以及韩国企业了解竞争法领域做出了贡献。另外，郑律师在位于美国弗吉尼亚州的专利诉讼专门律师事务所，还负责过许多专利诉讼及许可证业务。
