Choon Jae WEE is a partner in the Corporate & Finance Practice at Yulchon. Upon the completion of a bachelor's degree program from the Business School of Seoul National University, Mr. Wee studied at the Judicial Research and Training Institute from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Wee’s practice mainly focuses on M&A, joint venture, general corporate, foreign investment, and Japanese related projects. Mr. Wee was a visiting scholar at Keio University, Faculty of Law from 2017 to 2018, and he also worked as a foreign attorney at Nishimura & Asahi (Tokyo, Japan) in 2018.
