최정환, 나욱진 변호사, 정세훈 외국변호사가 2월 26일(수)부터 28일(금)까지 싱가포르에서 진행된 ABA International Law Section 2025 아시아태평양 컨퍼런스에 참석했습니다.


최정환 변호사는 “Ethics and Challenges in AI-Related Emerging Technologies in Asia”, 나욱진 변호사는 “Ready for a Dawn Raid in the Digital Era?”, 정세훈 외국변호사는 “Convergence or Conflict: Decoding the New Balance Between Antitrust and Intellectual Property in Asia”를 주제로 각각 발표를 맡았습니다.


이번 컨퍼런스는 아시아·태평양 지역이 직면한 법률 과제와 기회를 논의하는 자리로, 다양한 법률 전문가들이 모여 심도 깊은 의견을 나눴습니다.
