안정혜, 김선희, 유종권 변호사, IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum에 연사로 참여

격년으로 진행되는 IBA 아시아태평양지역포럼이 지난 주 싱가포르에서 개최되었습니다. 안정혜, 김선희, 유종권 변호사가 주요 세션에 연사로 참여하였습니다.
안정혜 변호사는 “Potential legal issues arising from emergent technologies” 및 “Legal and policy issues in the use of economic sanctions” 세션에 패널로 참여하여 스마트 계약과 관련된 다양한 법적 쟁점 및 최근 경제 제재의 변화가 아태지역에 미치는 영향과 시사점에 대해 발표하였고, 김선희 변호사는 “Genetic information, biometric data and facial recognition – what does the future of privacy look like?” 세션에서, 유종권 변호사는 “Current developments in M&A and FDI in the Asia Pacific region” 세션에서 각각 좌장을 맡아 진행하였습니다.
김선희 변호사는 이번 행사 주최인 IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum의 Treasurer로 임명되어 2024년까지 활동할 계획입니다.
