소개
김아이린 외국변호사는 2012년 Georgetown University Law Center 졸업 후 미국과 한국에서 M&A, cross-border 투자 등 다양한 형태의 국제거래자문 및 관련 조세자문업무를 수행해 왔고, 특히 반도체, 제조업, 금융기관 등의 다양한 산업군의 M&A 분야에서 두각을 나타내고 있습니다. 미국 뉴욕주 변호사 자격을 취득하였고, 미국 IRS 변호사로 다국적 기업, 금융기관, 및 PE의 M&A, Restructuring, 영업양수도에서 파생되는 조세이슈에 대해 자문한 바 있습니다. 또한, 삼성전자 DS 부문 수석변호사로 근무하면서 빅테크 등 주요 거래선과의 cross-border거래에 주력하면서 폭넓은 산업 지식을 쌓았습니다. 위 과정에서 얻은 관련 산업에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 고객들의 핵심적인 의사결정을 위한 필수적인 법률 자문을 제공하고 있습니다.
