Yulchon Advised Hyundai Mobis, Hyundai Commercial and Hyundai Life on the Capital Injection by Fubon Life in Hyundai Life

Yulchon successfully advised Hyundai Life and its existing shareholders, Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Commercial, in the new share issuance by Hyundai Life.
During the transaction, Yulchon provided a comprehensive legal advice to the Hyundai Motor Group including: checking the entire process and requirements for the capital increase of Hyundai Life; clearing out the legal issues coming up from the transaction; handling the due diligence legal issues and inquiries raised by Fubon Life; and finalizing the shareholders agreement among the existing shareholders and Fubon Life.
The transaction closed as scheduled following the regulatory clearances by both the Korean and Taiwanese financial authorities, and after the closing, Fubon Life became the new largest shareholder of Hyundai Life.
