Green Cross MS's M&A of Gambro Solutions

Yulchon's M&A Team advised Green Cross Medical Science Corp. ("Green Cross MS") on its successful acquisition of 100% share capital in Gambro Korea Solutions Ltd. (formerly, Green Cross Renal Care; "Gambro Solutions").
Green Cross MS is a manufacturer of, among other things, diagnostic agents and blood bags, and Gambro Solutions is a pharmaceutical company specializing in hemodialysis solutions. Green Cross MS had sold Gambro Solutions to Gambro AB, a multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Sweden, approximately 10 years ago but was able to acquire it back through the current transaction. Thanks to the current transaction, Green Cross MS expects to achieve a positive synergy effect in its business such as diversification of its pharmaceutical and medical device products.
