This transaction will provideLotte Shopping with a stable foundation to competein the electronics distribution market and an opportunity to secure a distribution channel that is anticipated to satisfy the ever-changing needs of consumers in the market.Yulchonadvisedon the transactionby performing legal due diligence,preparing and reviewingnecessary documents,including the share purchase agreement, and advising on negotiations. The proposed acquisition is currently pending approval ofthe Korean Fair Trade Commission.
