The Vietnam Team advised Lotte Asset Development on the KRW 165 billion acquisition of a real estate development project in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Lotte Asset Development purchased all of shares in the Thao Dien Project from three Vietnamese shareholders. The Thao Dien Project is located in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, and is likely to be developed in the future. Lotte Asset Development is planning to develop a residential and commercial complex on the 80,000 square meter site after it obtains all necessary permits and licenses and executes the share purchase agreement. The Vietnam Team advised on all aspects of the deal from the due diligence phase to the execution of the share purchase agreement.
