Finance Team Advises GE Capital on Strategic Investment in Finetex EnE

Yulchon"s Finance Team successfully represented GE Capital Equity Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition of USD 10 million convertible bonds issued by Finetex EnE Inc. The proceeds of this transaction will be used by Finetex EnE to improve and develop its nanotechnology business.
Despite the complex structure of the deal, Yulchon successfully assisted in the negotiation and execution of the definitive agreements within a very short time period by coordinating the positions of both GE Capital Equity Holdings and Finetex EnE. Yulchon not only provided advice on the 5% public disclosure rule and related reporting issues regarding the foreign exchange rate, but also reviewed the term sheet and drafted definitive agreements.
