Ms. Yu Mi Choi is a partner who specializes in antitrust, TMT, and healthcare matters. Since 2009, she has advised and represented clients in civil and criminal cases as well as administrative matters before the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”), the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency, the Korea Communications Commission, and the Ministry of SMEs and Start-ups.
