Yeon Chae Yang is a senior advisor at Yulchon LLC who practices primarily in the areas of corporate affairs and finance. Before joining Yulchon in 2025, Mr. Yang worked at the Korea Exchange for 22 years largely taking charge of listing qualifications, corporate disclosures, and de-listing reviews of KOSPI and KOSDAQ listed companies. Mr. Yang is a recognized expert in the Korean capital markets with an in-depth understanding of tech and venture firms in innovative industries, including bio, IT, materials, and parts, as well as extensive knowledge and experience on various forms of regulatory actions and mandatory requirements. Mr. Yang provides systematic and efficient advisory services on investments in and acceleration of start-ups, IPO preparation of growth firms, IPOs in general, corporate disclosure requirements, measures against de-listing, corporate restructuring, governance restructuring, and M&A of listed companies.
