Kang, Sung Il
紹介
Sung Il Kang is a partner in the Antitrust/Competition Practice at Yulchon. Prior to joining Yulchon in 2020, he worked for eight years at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC). At the KFTC, Mr. Kang conducted various investigations that were launched by the Subcontracting Division and the Standardized Contract Division. As a member of the Litigation Division of the KFTC, Mr. Kang also handled judicial appeals from KFTC decisions in a number of cases ranging from cartels to abuse of dominance and unfair trade practices.
