紹介
Nak Hoe Kim started his long-standing government career by passing the 27th Public Administration Examination. Thereafter, he spent thirty years taking on a variety of positions as a tax policy maker, an administrator and an appeal board member at the National Tax Service and the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. During that period, he spent two years as Director at the OECD. He is regarded a trusted and respected figure for his inspired leadership style and his expertise in tax policies and treaty negotiations. His career in public office culminated with appointments to top positions in all major departments of the Ministry. He served as the Head of the Tax Tribunal (2011-2013), the Head of the Tax Bureau of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance (2013-2014), and the Commissioner of the Korea Customs Service (2014-2016).
