Man Sung Park received his B.A. from Yeungnam University and passed the 36th Public Administration Examination. He also received his MSc in Economics from University of Bristol. While he worked at National Tax Service for about 27 years from 1993 to 2018, he held key positions in Investigation Division of Jungbu Regional Tax Office and in Collection, Legal Affairs & PR Bureau of Busan Regional Tax Office. Mr. Park also worked as a Director of Information System Bureau from 2014 to 2015, International Taxation Bureau from 2015 to 2017 and National Tax Officials Training Institute in 2017. After that, he served as a 42nd Commissioner at Daegu Regional Tax Office from 2017 to 2018 and as a Chairman at Ga-Eun Tax Firm from 2019 to 2021.
