Mr. Jung Han Oh is a partner at Yulchon who practices primarily in the area of litigation and arbitration. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Oh served as a judge on the Uijongbu District Court.

- Represented Samsung C&T in a lawsuit against Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. seeking additional construction costs of KRW 780 billion relating to the Saeul Nuclear Power Plant Units 3 and 4
- Represented Jarvis & Villains Corporation, operator of tax refund service “SamjeomSam” in a complaint filed by the Korean Association of Certified Public Tax Accountants alleging violations of the Certified Tax Accountant Act, and successfully obtained clearance of all charges
- Represented Samsung C&T in a fraud case in which they were accused of defrauding the government of approximately KRW 30 billion in construction costs related to the Gageodo Port construction project
- Represented Hotel Lotte and successfully prevailed on all claims in a lawsuit seeking cancellation of a waste disposal order issued by Seogwipo City against Jeju Skyhill Country Club run by Hotel Lotte
- Represented Hyundai Motor Company in a lawsuit against its union members seeking damages for production losses caused by their unlawful occupation of the Ulsan plant (a case that prompted the enactment of the so-called “Yellow Envelope Act”).
- Represented GS Engineering & Construction and Samsung C&T in a lawsuit against the Korea Rail Network Authority seeking additional construction payments for the Suseo–Pyeongtaek High-Speed Rail project, and successfully recovered the payments
- Represented Lotte Construction’s site manager and successfully secured a complete acquittal in a case in which he was accused of violating the Occupational Safety and Health Act following a worker fatality at a construction site
- Represented Hyundai Motor Company officers and employees in a prosecution on charges of violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act arising from the alleged delay of recalls of vehicles equipped with defective Theta engines.
- Represented banks in the KIKO case
- Represented Hyundai Group in the lawsuit filed by Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation against the management of Hyundai Group seeking the compensation for damages on their engagement in the window dressing
