Hyo Gwan Kang is a member of the Yulchon Healthcare Team. Mr. Kang has seven years of experience with the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, a Korean government agency, where he handled, among others, drug benefit standards, new drug listing, and economic evaluation. He received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Seoul National University in 2008.
