紹介
Gunhee Kim is a partner at Yulchon’s Corporate & Finance Practice. Ms. Kim received her B.A. from Seoul National University, College of Business Administration and her LL.M. in corporate law from New York University School of Law. Ms. Kim completed her training in law as the 41st class of Judicial Research and Training Institute in the Supreme Court of Korea and is licensed to practice in Korea. Ms. Kim focuses her practice primarily in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Fund/Private Equity, Capital Markets, Financial Regulation, Foreign Exchage Reulation and General Corporate Law. She is particularly experienced in advising on cross-border M&A transactions and foreign investment transactions. Ms. Kim has advised both domestic and foreign private equity funds on various acquisition transactions of complex structures, and is also active in advising domestic financial institutions and companies on international bond issuance.
