Yulchon welcomes Ms. Sohee Yun to the firm’s overseas investment and finance practices. Before joining Yulchon, Ms. Yun worked as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia where she worked on the regulation of investment companies and investment advisers. Ms. Yun received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Yun both received her M.A. in international studies, focusing on international trade and B.S. in biology from Ewha Womans University in 2002 and 2000.
