Mr. Gi Ok Chang is a Senior Consultant at Yulchon where his practice area focuses on government relations, antitrust and fair trade. Before joining Yulchon, Mr. Chang held positions as deputy director of the Fair Trade Policy Division at the Korea Fair Trade Commission, senior deputy director of the Mergers and Acquisitions Division of the Korea Fair Trade Commission, and advisor for the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of the Economic Planning Board. Since joining Yulchon in 2001, he has provided consulting services in the area of fair trade violations, including that for mergers, cartels and unfair trade practices, among others
