Introduction

Yulchon’s Customs & International Trade Team helps its clients navigate Korean customs procedures and resolve customs-related issues such as customs classification, determination and marking of country-of-origin, and establishment and use of customs bonded areas. We also assist our clients in obtaining Advance Customs Valuation Agreements with the Customs Service as well as administrative rulings from the relevant government authorities regarding interpretation of customs law and other laws concerning international transactions.  Yulchon’s close relationship with the Customs Service and a variety of customs brokerage firms ensures our ability to work through the customs bureaucracy to quickly resolve problems and also allows our firm to keep up with the latest news and developments in customs law.
